The entry-level qualification for working in the career development profession in Australia is a Certificate IV in Career Development, which provides for CDAA Associate membership. Further qualifications in career development are available at Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Master and Doctorate levels, which provide for CDAA Professional membership.
