Award Application Process
Nomination Options
- Self-nomination
- Recommendation by nominator, with nominee to complete the application
- Recommendation by nominator, with CDAA National Office to conduct an interview (for Policy Award, particularly organisations, teams and departments that are non-members)
Other Important Information
- All criteria must be completed for the nomination to be valid
- Please limit your answers to 500 words per criterion (or equivalent for video etc)

2. Actions |
Provide information and/or examples of what you or your organisation has done. |
3. Outcomes |
Provide information and/or examples of your and your organisation's results. How did this benefit others? |
4. Excellence |
What is it about your work that stands you out from the crowd? What makes this so unique? |
Each criterion will be scored out of 5. The nomination will then be given an overall assessment out of 20.
Please note: Where a nominee is a group or organisation, consideration will be given to the size and complexity of the organisation and the resourcing available. Judges may award up to two recipients in each category: for example, one award to an individual and the second to an organisation.
