CareerPlanet is an online career inquiry tool for college students. It gently encourages students to realise their responsibilities towards one another and the planet by acknowledging our interdependence with a larger universe.

The CareerPlanet questionnaire prepares students for content-rich career conversations. It incorporates six exercises and inventories that draw out what matters to them and their potential contribution to the world of work. With this information career advisers have holistic data to help the student determine their next steps. 

By completing this assessment, young people, university students, and early career professionals take an important step: pausing to reflect on how they want to contribute to the world and in which career pathways they can apply their interests, motivations, and skills.

It will:

This online assessment for career development coaching with clients or employees offers practitioners a self-and-career evaluation designed to help individuals connect with what motivates them and evaluate how they see their work skills and interests.

CI is an ideal resource for identifying career choice, ‘job fit’, redeployment potential, professional development, and career planning. Career development coaching, identification of ‘ideal role’, evaluation of current role status/alignment and the establishment of long term career planning objectives.
