CareerPlanet is an online career inquiry tool for college students. It gently encourages students to realise their responsibilities towards one another and the planet by acknowledging our interdependence with a larger universe.

The CareerPlanet questionnaire prepares students for content-rich career conversations. It incorporates six exercises and inventories that draw out what matters to them and their potential contribution to the world of work. With this information career advisers have holistic data to help the student determine their next steps.

The workshops focus on career management skills and personal development specific to young people's needs.

They have supported over 45,000 young people and counting across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. Each workshop is developed with young people in mind, ensuring the right blend of education, activities and entertainment.

Career Central is a leading cloud-based student career management system developed by and for School Careers Advisors. Students can build career self-awareness, complete career and personal strength quizzes, create a flexible CV, connect with programmes, explore jobs, training, and course options, and develop career pathway plans.

Staff can view individual career profiles, quickly search for and view similar groups of students, message targeted groups of students, record student interview notes and assign tasks to students, generate student data stats and lists, and more.

Career Tools is an evidence-based all-in-one career development resource utilised by over 1200 Australian secondary schools. Built by careers advisors, for careers advisors, Career Tools allows for purposeful tracking and easy provision of impactful careers advice. 

Members receive their own customisable and branded school careers website so that teachers, students, parents and the wider school community can access up-to-date careers information and communications. School staff and students are also equipped with a secure area with a range of features.

This online assessment for career development coaching with clients or employees offers practitioners a self-and-career evaluation designed to help individuals connect with what motivates them and evaluate how they see their work skills and interests.

CI is an ideal resource for identifying career choice, ‘job fit’, redeployment potential, professional development, and career planning. Career development coaching, identification of ‘ideal role’, evaluation of current role status/alignment and the establishment of long term career planning objectives.

It is underpinned by a dynamic student web app that draws students in and opens their minds to possibilities. BECOME enables a whole school approach to careers education starting in the critical primary years. It builds awareness of self as well as of the world of work, and provides a safe place for students to take charge of their future.

This online interactive career development program/tool for young people engages career conversation and reflection on personal life aspirations, motivates research, personal problem-solving and career decision-making, and assists with identifying appropriate career pathways through school and beyond. 

As it is a standalone program/tool, it can be delivered in a group/class setting or undertaken individually (self-paced). It can also be easily incorporated into a school’s established career program.
