As practitioners how could:
- Noticing our biases for particular tools and strategies
- Noticing the individual’s motivators and resistance
- Noticing ways to connect career management principles and practices to the individual’s needs and talents
help empower clients to take action in managing their career their way?
Contribute to the discussion with your stories and tips on helping your clients manage their careers their way.
This session will be facilitated by Leonie Stanfield and will be suitable for practitioners working with adult clients.
