Don’t miss our Spring into September event with a jam-packed session focused on how to network effectively!

Hosted by some of CDAA’s NSW Committee members, this productive 60-minute Zoom will include a brief message on what are some of the barriers that career development practitioners face with networking effectively and what are some of the strategies that can be used to overcome these obstacles. 

Then there will be an opportunity to break out into rooms to discuss, brainstorm or implement some of the learning accordingly. As we all navigate these times and learn to network differently, including the use of online platforms, we can all afford to sharpen our skills, confidence and marketability as practitioners.

Our time together will also be to welcome new members to CDAA NSW. We can't wait to "see" you there!

PS: Your hosts will be posting on our LinkedIn group page frequently, so make sure you head over to our dedicated “safe space” and let us know what are some of the barriers you face when networking and what are some of the strategies you have used to overcome. Everyone has a voice and we want to hear from you too so this will also serve as a bit of a field study and to tailor our communications accordingly.

We’ve scheduled two timeslot options for this event, you can choose to attend:

Tuesday 21st September 7pm-8pm – for all members, and especially those that have better availability after business hours.

Wednesday 22nd September 12:30pm-1:30pm – with a special focus for regional members and their unique networking challenges, but all members are welcome, especially those that have better availability during business hours.
