NSW E-Forum: Community of Practice - September

Please join the CDAA NSW Division in September for an online Community of Practice event.

NSW Committee Member and Careers Educator Rachel Trevarthen will be hosting this month’s Community of Practice with Tiana Fenton on A Day in the Life of a Career Practitioner – Higher Education

Tiana is a Senior Career Development Consultant at Griffith University. With 30 years of experience in the higher education sector, she is motivated by the transformational role career management skills can play in directing a person’s career and life adventure.

Having navigated several career transitions, she loves a good narrative, especially an individual career story, and incorporates life design principles into her work as a career practitioner. Tiana has a particular interest in career education.

Her multifaceted role includes providing strategic career consulting services to academic groups, individual career counselling, and the design and delivery of training for a variety of audiences. She has received national learning and teaching and Griffith University citations for her work.

Our CDAA NSW Community of Practice is proving to be a helpful and engaging online meetup of networking and learning. This meetup is a regular (and growing) monthly event for members to gather online together, connect, and build a community of practice.

This FREE member-only event is open to CDAA NSW members and any interstate members who might see the value in this opportunity.
