These sessions facilitated by Professional CDAA Member Melita Long will be open for CDAA members across Australia, CDANZ and affiliated members.

This group is designed to support Private Practitioners, whether you have been in business 10 weeks or 10 year and will provide opportunities to learn more about business, marketing, personal branding, packaging, and promoting your career development business and services.

It will also be a platform to learn and share with each other, and to collaborate on opportunities. The focus is on collaboration not competition, as we all have unique experiences, skills, and abilities to offer and different clients and niche markets we prefer.

The first Private Practitioners Community of Practice will focus on identifying the needs of private practitioners - what we want to learn and how we can support each other. One challenge identified for many private practitioners is refining our expertise and having a clearly defined niche to attract the right clients.

We will cover How to Niche Your Career Practice – how to identify, qualify and market to your ideal clients with your unique set of services and products.
