The Victorian Skills Authority (VSA) provides evidence-based planning and solutions to meet current and future skills needs in Victoria. The VSA have developed a range of evidence and labour market insights products that help students, jobseekers and career practitioners understand emerging job opportunities and training pathways. This session will showcase these products and demonstrate how they can be used to support students and jobseekers with their career planning decisions.

Any career practitioners who would like to deepen their knowledge of Victorian labour market information, learn about new insights products and resources that can support them in their practice, should not miss this session.


ABOUT PRESENTERS 

Cameron Fruzynski

Cameron is the Economic Modelling Lead with the Victorian Skills Authority, having previously worked for Queensland Treasury, New South Wales Treasury, and the Victorian Treasury across economic and investment-orientated roles. Prior to the public sector, Cameron worked in consulting at PwC, undertaking economic analysis primarily for large-scale infrastructure projects. 

Hiba Molaeb

Hiba Molaeb is an innovative, outcomes-focussed public sector leader with deep experience shaping reform and developing analysis and insights products that shape economic and social policy decision making. As Manager, Industry Skills Analysis at the Victorian Skills Authority, she has led the development of models and analysis and insights products used across Victorian government to identify current and future skills needs.
