Webinar: NSW AGM & Navigating AI in Recruitment

Join us for the NSW Division AGM from 5:30pm (AEDT)

The CDAA NSW Division Committee would like to invite all NSW Division members to join our Annual General Meeting from 5.30pm.

During the AGM, you will hear the 2021 NSW Division President Report and consider how we have been tracking over the past 12 months. We will also confirm our 2022 CDAA NSW Division Committee and provide a brief update on plans for the year ahead.

As a membership association, it is important that all members have a say in how we operate our NSW Division. We look forward to seeing all CDAA NSW Members at our AGM to have your say.

Webinar: Navigating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Recruitment and Career Management will commence from 6pm (AEDT)

Designed to help career practitioners increase their knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), this session will help us to prepare our clients for AI interviews and other career interactions.

We will learn how AI tools, such as applicant tracking software assesses and selects candidates during the recruitment process, how body language influences hiring decisions, and how algorithms select candidates’ suitability for a role.

In addition to how AI is used in the job search process including recruitment, selection and virtual interviews, this webinar will focus on the influence of AI on talent management, career development and L&D.
