Wow! On behalf of our whole team here at Blue Sky Career Consulting, we are absolutely thrilled to be the recipient of the 2021 CDAA Division Award for Excellence in Practice for NSW. What a fabulous honour.

Here at Blue Sky we strive to provide each and every one of our clients with meaningful, quality and empowering career support - helping them to achieve their career ambitions and maximise their unique potential.

Our team of Career Coaches and Resume Writers make a genuine difference in people’s lives and that is why we absolutely love what we do. Thank you again to the CDAA for this wonderful award.

All who know me know how much I value the career development profession and how enthusiastic I am about the deeply transformational outcomes that we can achieve with our clients.

I found my calling in this field and I am committed to advocating for it, innovating within it, and lending my energy to the career development community as we work to make quality career development available to all who need it.

A PhD is at times a lonely and uncertain undertaking, so it is very pleasing to have my efforts rewarded with this recognition. I hope that my work has an impact in elevating the profession globally.

As a former geophysicist, career transition support changed the course of my life. I now get to support other mid-career professionals to achieve the same through my online career change program. There is a growing need in this area and I’m motivated by the belief that no-one should accept being miserable at work.

Striving for excellence in my services ensures every client achieves the clarity and confidence in their career plan they’re seeking. My philosophy is centred on simplicity and support; ensuring the program is easily accessible, intuitive, and provides a level of flexible, personalised career counselling that can only be achieved through technology. I'm delighted to win this award for Define Your Future.

We’re delighted to be in great company with the other recipients of the 2021 Award for Excellence in Practice as the WA regional winners.

Here at Strategic Career Management we pride ourselves on our tailored service and the deep work we do with our clients to help enhance careers, leaders and teams and build career development skills both at the individual and organisational level.

We thrive on innovation; developing new and creative ways to meet our clients’ needs and delivering continuous improvements that engage and motivate.

Thank you CDAA for your great support.

It is such an honour to be recognised by our CDAA peers for the SA Excellence in Practice 2021 Award. In one of the most difficult years in our sector, our Careers International team found innovative online and practical career education opportunities for international students unable to return to campus.

Our team of 4 including Tony Zheng, Julia Zhao and Joanne Li used our combined knowledge and passion for Career Development to inspire confidence and hope and provide connection to students, regardless of geographical location.

Striving for excellence is woven into our day to day work, from individual career guidance to our international career events and on behalf of the University of Adelaide, thank you CDAA for recognising our achievements.

Being well informed about career directions and confident in the steps necessary, can make a huge difference to young people. Having witnessed the challenges young people face, especially in rural areas, highlights how significant their learning choices can be. My passion for my work comes from my ability to help guide and nurture young people when they are starting in their career journey.

I am a strong believer in sharing knowledge to enhance continuous improvement in the career development profession. The collegial nature of career practitioners within the CDAA has helped advance my pursuit of excellence and reinforces the necessity of continued improvement and professional excellence.

I was thrilled to be acknowledged for my efforts through this award.

Thank you CDAA and the panel for recognising the work. It's humbling to receive awards from your peers and colleagues whom I look up to. It's great to know the innovative and cutting-edge ideas are celebrated and recognised. It will encourage me to push the envelope a bit more.

As Australia's labour market shifts and the importance of diversity and inclusion are becoming a major workforce opportunity, receiving the award as a Person of Color means a lot to me.

Winning this award is only possible because of the collaboration with my friend and colleague, Karalyn Brown. I share this award with her.

We are thrilled to be recognised by CDAA for our commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients.

We're very passionate and grateful for the privilege of providing support to employees who were deeply impacted by the pandemic and helping them navigate their careers moving forward. Our unique approach to career transition meant we were able to meet employees where they were and support them with job search, manage language barriers and upskill them for digital job market by providing them with a high-touch, personalised experience.

This was only possible due to our committed professional and caring team.
