Presenter Bio:

Leonie Lam has been recognised as an enthusiastic and energetic Career Coach and Trainer, leading and empowering individuals and teams to enhance their performance at work. She has previously held Training and HR positions at Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, Veolia Water and Western Sydney University. Her coaching and training business is called My Focus.

As a Career Coach, she has helped more than 230 people secure employment in Australia. She consistently receives outstanding feedback in her coaching programs. She uses mindfulness techniques in these programs.

Leonie has been practicing yoga and mindfulness techniques for more than 5 years. She is a Mindfulness Leader in an online community of over 3,500 members where she encourages people to practice mindfulness every day.

Leonie has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), a Master of Commerce (Human Resources) and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She also studies Philosophy at the School of Practical Philosophy.
