In this webinar, CDANZ Professional Member Grant Verhoeven teaches you the secrets of how to work effectively with Millennials. Having done more than 740 career coaching sessions with Millennials, Grant has experienced first-hand what it is like to grow and develop the next generation of talent.

For the past five years he has been the Career Development Consultant at Massey University (Wellington, NZ), specialising in helping students enhance their employability. This involved doing one-on-one career sessions, training and leading university-wide projects in enterprise development, volunteering and using LinkedIn as a digital platform to enhance student’s appeal to employers.

The webinar covers:

- The importance of understanding the Millennial mindset as career practitioners;
- What is different and what is the same between Millennials, Gen Xers and Baby Boomers;
- Some of the key findings from his coaching sessions and from leading initiatives in growing enterprise skills and digital career literacy; and

As Founder and Director of Sparked Careers, Grant is focused on equipping professionals with the very best practice career advice, tools and education - to fully engage in work that unlocks their talents and passions. Grant is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of New Zealand (CDANZ). He has also been the past Branch President of the International Coach Federation and awarded a Distinguished Alumni for his work in career development from Otago Polytechnic. He is a passionate advocate for professional career advice in the community and serves on the CDANZ branch committee. He is also a mentor for the Live the Dream programme helping aspiring social entrepreneurs start a business. He holds a Masters degree in Management and degrees in Psychology and Career Practice.
