Digital Guidance: How to Career Online
Webinar Recordings - Recorded in August 2017
CPD Competency - Career Development Theory

The world is changing all the time. Information now criss-crosses the globe in under a second. We can all feel the changes going on around us but it can sometimes be difficult to pin them down.

In this webinar, Professor Tristram Hooley discusses how digital is transforming the world of work, what it means for people involved in building their careers and how careers professionals should respond. The session looks at issues like digital skills, digital footprints, using the internet to find work both in Australia and around the world.

It also explores the challenging new world of the ‘gig economy’ and discusses what we should be telling our clients about this. It finishes with Professor Hooley setting out a practical framework for working with clients around these issues (the 7 Cs of digital career literacy).
