Jobs Tasmania works to increase employment outcomes, workforce participation and re-engagement with work, education, or training for all Tasmanians. The state-wide team play a central role in connecting the different service systems across the Tasmanian employment landscape.
Jobs Tasmania has three strategic priority areas - the Regional Jobs Hub Network, Employment and Participation Programs, and Policy and Advocacy.

Jessica is an inaugural Program Manager with Jobs Tasmania, Department of State Growth – based in North West Tasmania.
Jessica has a background in Employment Services, Recruitment, Leadership and Management and is currently working for the Tasmanian Government in a range of economic and social policy areas including workforce participation, evaluation, community development, and skills and training.
Jessica is passionate about equity of access to education, and employment opportunities and systems change.
