CDAA NSW member Bernie McFarlane from Find Your Way to Work will join us to share her practical insights on networking. Bernie is a Career Development Professional (aka career coach) specialising in networking, job search and education.

Bernie is also a former CDAA NSW Division Committee member, with a self-professed nerdy preoccupation with networking.

"I love doing it and I love teaching others how to do it. I know it doesn't come naturally to everyone. We all have different personalities, backgrounds, cultures and experiences that influence how we approach (or avoid!) networking. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. It's about developing your own way to network.“

Bernie is a very practical person, who is keen to share lots of ideas whilst also harnessing the wisdom and lived experience of other fabulous Networking Masters!

The interactive session will feature group discussions in breakout rooms, focusing on the benefits and challenges of networking.

Our CDAA NSW Community of Practice is proving to be a helpful and engaging online meetup of networking and learning for members. This online meetup is a regular (and growing) monthly event for members to gather online together, connect, and build a community of practice. 

This FREE member-only event will be an opportunity to meet, share, learn and collaborate with others. This event is open to CDAA NSW members and any interstate members who might see the value in this opportunity.
