CDAA NSW member Julie Knox will share her journey of starting and running Blue Sky Career Consulting, a private practice she established in 2013. With over a decade of experience, Julie will provide practical insights on attracting and managing clients, pitfalls to avoid, and the highs and lows of running a successful private practice.

Julie is a qualified Career Practitioner, recipient of the CDAA Excellence in Practice Award in 2021, and brings a professional background in human resources, learning and development, and career development.

The interactive session will feature group discussions in breakout rooms, focusing on the current and future challenges of private practice, where participants can share their experiences.
