The employment landscape is evolving, with a growing recognition of the unique strengths and perspectives that neurodivergent individuals bring to the workplace.
Neurodivergence includes people with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other neurological differences. With an increasing number of people recognising that they are neurodivergent, career coaches need a greater understanding of neurodivergence and tools to effectively support these clients.
This 90-minute event will provide career practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of neurodivergence, dispelling common misconceptions and offering practical strategies for coaches and business to enable effective inclusion.
It will include 60 minutes of presentations from a variety of experienced coaches who specialise in supporting neurodiverse clients followed by Q&A. Because neurodiverse clients can present differently, we need diverse approaches to support them.
