As cofounder of Career Ahead and with comprehensive talent strategy, organisational design and career development expertise at all stages of the career lifecycle, Katea is leading research, international insights and solution design for Career Ahead. Under Katea’s leadership, Career Ahead was recently awarded the Career Development Association of Australia’s 2019 national award for Practice Excellence – Organisation.
