Webinar: Helping Your Clients to Build Sustainable Careers

Do you want to help your clients to find ways of sustaining themselves in their career so they find fulfilment throughout their life? Do you sense that your clients are beginning to wonder and question: ‘How do I keep going, work for longer and not burn out?’

Then join us for this hands-on and interactive webinar, where we will learn how to help your clients to build sustainable careers so that they find meaning and purpose.

With increasing longevity, many of us are needing to work for longer. For some, this will be into our 70s and 80s. This begs the question of ‘How can a longer life be a gift and not a challenge?’

Such challenges can be individual, complex and difficult to resolve. Now is a perfect time to work with our clients to help them to make sustainable career decisions so that they can find fulfilment and meaning within their life ahead.

Topics covered will include:
  • Understanding more about longevity and our need to work for longer
  • Exploring a fresh perspective on living and working for longer
  • Exploring how we can help our clients to make sustainable career choices
  • Introducing career resonance and how this can help us to find purpose and fulfilment
  • Exploring some activities and top tips that we can use
